Profile milling is a common milling operation.

RPMT insert is one kind of profile milling insert with strong cutting edges, best reliability and long endurance.

R – Round shape of turning insert.
P – Insert with clearance under main cutting edge (11°).
M – Tolerances and dimensions of carbide turning insert.
T – Hole through insert and single sided chip breaker.

Application

Round inserts and concepts with radius are milling cutters used for roughing and semi-roughing while ball nose end mills are milling cutters used for finishing and super-finishing.

Recommend for roughing, semi-roughing, semi-finishing and finishing of steel, stainless steel, cast iron and super alloys.

◆ Recommend Grade for RPMT Carbide insert:

We always produce RPMT milling carbide insert with PVD coating.

JA2825: The consumption of this grade is the largest in stainless steel processing, and it has excellent performance in strength and wear resistance. 60% of stainless steel customers will choose this grade.
JA2025: Suitable for cutting steel, stainless steel and cast iron, that is very general machining grade, suitable for many material. Because of its excellent strength and wear resistance, JA2025 is the most sold grade in milling inserts.
JA2525: The materials suitable for processing are the same with JA2025, little harder than JA2025. When the working condition is very good, you can choose this grade because its cutting life is longer.
JA2824: Suitable for M and S, Some precious metals were added, performance super excellent. The only disadvantage is that the price will be higher, if you want to replace high level carbide insert that is good grade.
JH3029: Specially enhanced ultra-tough matrix, high aluminum coating, improved oxidation resistance and cutting temperature, suitable for heat-resistant stainless steel, titanium alloy and other heat-resistant alloys.

Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a professional manufacturer. We not only owns our tools factory, but also have cemented carbide factory.

What is your minimum order requirement?

The minimum order quantity is determined by the type of tool. For inserts,we accept the small trial order(l0pcs with one box). For end mills, drills, boring tools and carbide saw blades,you can only order 1pc(1pc with one box).

When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Do you provide free samples? How long can l receive them?

Yes, our samples (10-20pcs) are totally free for testing our quality. You only need to pay for shipping.

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

How about your stock?

We have large quantity products in stock, regular types and sizes are all in stock.
