How to choose the right Grade?

◆ Recommend Grade for ONHU-PM Carbide insert:

We always produce ONHU-PM milling carbide insert with PVD coating.

JA2825: The consumption of this grade is the largest in stainless steel processing, and it has excellent performance in strength and wear resistance. 60% of stainless steel customers will choose this grade.
JA2025: Suitable for cutting steel, stainless steel and cast iron, that is very general machining grade, suitable for many material. Because of its excellent strength and wear resistance, JA2025 is the most sold grade in milling inserts.
JT4115: That is our common grade for cast iron, and most stock would prepare for it, color is black.
JH3525: A general grade that takes into account both wear resistance and toughness. Excellent heat resistance and oxidation resistance, the first choice for semi-finishing of high termperature alloy.

Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a professional manufacturer. We not only owns our tools factory, but also have cemented carbide factory.

What is your minimum order requirement?

The minimum order quantity is determined by the type of tool. For inserts,we accept the small trial order(l0pcs with one box). For end mills, drills, boring tools and carbide saw blades,you can only order 1pc(1pc with one box).

When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Do you provide free samples? How long can l receive them?

Yes, our samples (10-20pcs) are totally free for testing our quality. You only need to pay for shipping.

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

How about your stock?

We have large quantity products in stock, regular types and sizes are all in stock.

What about the transportation and delivery date?

Normally we use door to door express delivery.It is about 10-15 working days.It also depends on which country and port you are.It could be shorter if you need to send the goods like Asian. If there are some emergencies we can send the goods via air express, as long as you afford the traffic expense.
