LOGU are inserts for High Feed Rate Indexable Cutter that includes a double-sided indexable insert with 4 cutting edges. The convex cutting edge version of the insert ensures gentle entry of the cutting edge into the material. 4 unique insert designs offer a variety of machining options.

Application

Solid carbide provides better rigidity than high speed steel. It is extremely heat-resistant and used for high-speed applications on cast iron, non-ferrous materials, plastics and other tough-to-machine materials.

How to choose the right Grade?

◆ Recommend Grade for LOGU-MM Carbide insert:

We always produce LOGU-MM milling carbide insert with PVD coating.

JA2825: The consumption of this grade is the largest in stainless steel processing, and it has excellent performance in strength and wear resistance. 60% of stainless steel customers will choose this grade.
JA2025: Suitable for cutting steel, stainless steel and cast iron, that is very general machining grade, suitable for many material. Because of its excellent strength and wear resistance, JA2025 is the most sold grade in milling inserts.
JA2525: The materials suitable for processing are the same with JA2025, little harder than JA2025. When the working condition is very good, you can choose this grade because its cutting life is longer.
JA2824: Suitable for M and S, Some precious metals were added, performance super excellent. The only disadvantage is that the price will be higher, if you want to replace high level carbide insert that is good grade.

Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a professional manufacturer. We not only owns our tools factory, but also have cemented carbide factory.

What is your minimum order requirement?

The minimum order quantity is determined by the type of tool. For inserts,we accept the small trial order(l0pcs with one box). For end mills, drills, boring tools and carbide saw blades,you can only order 1pc(1pc with one box).

When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Do you provide free samples? How long can l receive them?

Yes, our samples (10-20pcs) are totally free for testing our quality. You only need to pay for shipping.

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

How about your stock?

We have large quantity products in stock, regular types and sizes are all in stock.
