RCMT standard carbide (with coating) milling inserts are with strong cutting edges, which provide best reliability and long endurance.

R – Round shape of turning insert
C – Insert with clearance under main cutting edge (7°).
M – Tolerances and dimensions of carbide turning insert.
T – Hole through insert and single sided chip breaker.

The R-type inserts have extra-strong cutting edge to meet the requirements for machining of curved surface of die.

Application

Recommended for all purposes and applications, especially in milling. It mainly focuses on face milling and cavity profile milling of steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and cast iron.

◆ Recommend Grade for RCMT Carbide insert:

We always produce RCMT milling carbide insert with PVD and CVD coating.

JA2025: Suitable for cutting steel, stainless steel and cast iron, that is very general machining grade, suitable for many material. Because of its excellent strength and wear resistance, JA2025 is the most sold grade in milling inserts.
JT4115: That is our common grade for cast iron, and most stock would prepare for it, color is black.
JT5225: The consumption of this grade is the largest in steel processing, suitable for semi-finish and rough machine, and it has excellent performance in strength and wear resistance. CVD coating.

Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a professional manufacturer. We not only owns our tools factory, but also have cemented carbide factory.

What is your minimum order requirement?

The minimum order quantity is determined by the type of tool. For inserts,we accept the small trial order(l0pcs with one box). For end mills, drills, boring tools and carbide saw blades,you can only order 1pc(1pc with one box).

When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Do you provide free samples? How long can l receive them?

Yes, our samples (10-20pcs) are totally free for testing our quality. You only need to pay for shipping.

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

How about your stock?

We have large quantity products in stock, regular types and sizes are all in stock.
