◆ CS Chip-breaker Characteristics:

Suitable for rough machining in stainless steel and steel.
M-class double-sided chip-breaking, variable blade width + variable front angle design, suitable for semi-finishing and roughing of stainless steel。
Cutting stainless steel with excellent performance, also suitable for steel. If your workpiece not only stainless steel, but also have steel, and don’t want to change the carbide insert frequently, you can also choose this chip-breaker to process steel parts.

◆ Recommend Grade for TNMG-CS Carbide insert:

We produce TNMG-NU turning carbide insert with PVD coating for stainless steel and steel cutting.

JA2825: The consumption of this grade is the largest in stainless steel processing, and it has excellent performance in strength and wear resistance. 60% of stainless steel customers will choose this grade.
JA2828: Also with a common grade, compare with JA2825 carbide insert, the strength would be more better, but wear resistance worse a little. Suitable for stainless steel rough and Intermittent machine.
JA2025: Suitable for cutting steel, stainless steel and cast iron, that is very normal grade, suitable for many material. But if you only want to cutting steel, or only want to cutting stainless steel, could choice others grade is best.

Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a professional manufacturer. We not only owns our tools factory, but also have cemented carbide factory.

What is your minimum order requirement?

The minimum order quantity is determined by the type of tool. For inserts,we accept the small trial order(l0pcs with one box). For end mills, drills, boring tools and carbide saw blades,you can only order 1pc(1pc with one box).

When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Do you provide free samples? How long can l receive them?

Yes, our samples (10-20pcs) are totally free for testing our quality. You only need to pay for shipping.

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

How about your stock?

We have large quantity products in stock, regular types and sizes are all in stock.

What about the transportation and delivery date?

If there are some emergencies we can send the goods via air express, as long as you afford the traffic expense.
