◆ DM Chip-breaker Characteristics:

◆ Recommend Grade for DNMG-DM Carbide insert:
We always produce DNMG-DM turning carbide insert with PVD coating.
- JH3010: This grade has excellent heat resistance and wear resistance. Suitable for precision turning of heat-resistant alloys, high hardness materials, and semi-precision turning machine. Class H general milling
- JH3525: A general grade that takes into account both wear resistance and toughness. Excellent heat resistance and oxidation resistance, the first choice for semi-finishing of high termperature alloy.
- JH3031: Excellent toughness of the substrate, combined with nano-multilayer coating. Excellent edge resistance, so it is an ideal choice for rough milling of superalloy.
- JH3610 : The adhesive phase strengthened ultra-fine grain matrix, coupled with a high hard coating, higher coating adhesion, and excellent wear resistance and heat resistance.
It is suitable for finish turning and semi-finish turning and general milling of superalloy and high hardness materials.
