◆ DM Chip-breaker Characteristics:

Suitable for high temperature alloy material.
Double large front angle design, the cutting edge is very sharp, the cutting resistance is small, and can effectively reduce groove wear.
Special chip-breaking groove and large chip-holding groove are designed for effective chip-breaking and chip-holding.
Special treatment of cutting edge, good integrity and high wear resistance.

JH3010: This grade has excellent heat resistance and wear resistance. Suitable for precision turning of heat-resistant alloys, high hardness materials, and semi-precision turning machine. Class H general milling
JH3525: A general grade that takes into account both wear resistance and toughness. Excellent heat resistance and oxidation resistance, the first choice for semi-finishing of high termperature alloy.
JH3031: Excellent toughness of the substrate, combined with nano-multilayer coating. Excellent edge resistance, so it is an ideal choice for rough milling of superalloy.
JH3610 : The adhesive phase strengthened ultra-fine grain matrix, coupled with a high hard coating, higher coating adhesion, and excellent wear resistance and heat resistance.
It is suitable for finish turning and semi-finish turning and general milling of superalloy and high hardness materials.

Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a professional manufacturer. We not only owns our tools factory, but also have cemented carbide factory.

What is your minimum order requirement?

The minimum order quantity is determined by the type of tool. For inserts,we accept the small trial order(l0pcs with one box). For end mills, drills, boring tools and carbide saw blades,you can only order 1pc(1pc with one box).

When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Do you provide free samples? How long can l receive them?

Yes, our samples (10-20pcs) are totally free for testing our quality. You only need to pay for shipping.

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

How about your stock?

We have large quantity products in stock, regular types and sizes are all in stock.

What about the transportation and delivery date?

Normally we use door to door express delivery.It is about 10-15 working days.It also depends on which country and port you are.It could be shorter if you need to send the goods like Asian.
