◆ HG Chip-breaker Characteristics:

Suitable for Finishing, semi-finishing in steel, stainless steel, cast iron.
The design of double positive front angle ensures the sharpness of the blade, low cutting resistance and the design of double chip breaking table.
It broadens the range of chip breaking and is suitable for the finishing of steel, stainless steel and cast iron.

◆ Recommend Grade for CCMT-HG Carbide insert:

We produce CCMT-HG turning carbide insert with CVD and PVD coating for steel and stainless steel cutting.

JT5225: The consumption of this grade is the largest in steel processing, suitable for semi-finish and rough machine, and it has excellent performance in strength and wear resistance. 80% of steel customers will choose this grade.
JT5215: That grade would be more hard than JT5225, Suitable for finish and semi-finish machine.
JA2825: The consumption of this grade is the largest in stainless steel processing, and it has excellent performance in strength and wear resistance. 60% of stainless steel customers will choose this grade.
JA2828: Also with a common grade, compare with JA2825 carbide insert, the strength would be more better, but wear resistance worse a little. Suitable for stainless steel rough and Intermittent machine.
JA2824: Some precious metals were added, performance super excellent. The only disadvantage is that the price will be higher, if you want to replace high level carbide insert that is good grade.
JA2425: Suitalbe for cutting Titanium alloy, Duplex stainless steel and some hard machine stainless steel. Useful M, S, N kind of marterial.
JA2025: Suitable for cutting steel, stainless steel and cast iron, that is very normal grade, suitable for many material. But if you only want to cutting steel, or only want to cutting stainless steel, could choice others grade is best.
JA2525: The materials suitable for processing are the same with JA2025, just little harder than JA2025.
JH3010: This grade has excellent heat resistance and wear resistance. Suitable for precision turning of heat-resistant alloys, high hardness materials, and semi-precision turning machine. Class H general milling
JH3525: A general grade that takes into account both wear resistance and toughness. Excellent heat resistance and oxidation resistance, the first choice for semi-finishing of high termperature alloy.

Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a professional manufacturer. We not only owns our tools factory, but also have cemented carbide factory.

What is your minimum order requirement?

The minimum order quantity is determined by the type of tool. For inserts,we accept the small trial order(l0pcs with one box). For end mills, drills, boring tools and carbide saw blades,you can only order 1pc(1pc with one box).

When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Do you provide free samples? How long can l receive them?

Yes, our samples (10-20pcs) are totally free for testing our quality. You only need to pay for shipping.

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

How about your stock?
