Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a professional manufacturer. We not only owns our tools factory, but also have cemented carbide factory.

What is your minimum order requirement?

The minimum order quantity is determined by the type of tool. For inserts,we accept the small trial order(l0pcs with one box). For end mills, drills, boring tools and carbide saw blades,you can only order 1pc(1pc with one box).

When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Do you provide free samples? How long can l receive them?

Yes, our samples (10-20pcs) are totally free for testing our quality. You only need to pay for shipping.

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

How about your stock?

We have large quantity products in stock, regular types and sizes are all in stock.

What payment methods are accepted?

What about the package? Do you support OEM?

We use plastic boxes to pack our products, and filled plastic is shockproof,waterproof and transported in cartons.
We can provide neutral packaging without logo, then you can repack it with your own brand packaging.
We can also customize labels and plastic outer boxes in different colors according to your needs. (Additional charges apply）

What about the transportation and delivery date?

Normally we use door to door express delivery.It is about 10-15 working days.It also depends on which country and port you are.It could be shorter if you need to send the goods like Asian. If there are some emergencies we can send the goods via air express, as long as you afford the traffic expense.
We can send products to you by Express, Air, Sea and Train, or send the goods to your Chinese agent. And shipping costs depend on distance and weight.
